You never know where your next client will come from.
One of my clients I met in a bar in Dublin. During a solo trip in 2018, I was drawing at a bar where I ended up becoming fast friends with the bartender that worked there. He showed me around the city and we still keep in touch today.

Not to long after my trip, he came to me asking if I could do a last minute t-shirt design for him. He was off to an international cocktail making competition and wanted to show up in the shirt with his signature hashtag on it- #SHAKEANDSHARE. I offered up my services to help him out.
But we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. Not only were we in two different time zones but he needed the design in 24 hours.
I quickly got to work. Spending the little time I had sketching, designing, sending emails, awaiting his approval, and consuming a bit too much caffeine. After about 22 hours, we finally had a design that we were both satisfied with. It was a challenge but a rewarding, learning experience.
The design includes hand lettered custom type(Shake, Share) with digitally illustrated shaker.
The following images are of the shirt in another color way out in the world.
